Abstract： [Purpose/significance] Analyzing collaboration relationships among members from an individual perspective will reveal more internal collaboration characteristics of research teams, and provide information for the selection, development and acceptance of research teams. [Method/process] Firstly, members were split in two dimensions: the number of outputs and the number of collaborators of a member. In the former dimension, members were split into high output members or none output members. In the latter dimension, members were split into isolated members and active members. Then, a sample was selected from 39 Innovative Research Groups subsidized by the National Natural Science Foundation of China. Lastly, four issues were discussed: how many none output members were, how many isolated members were, whether academic leaders were one of the high output members, and whether academic leaders were one of the active members. [Result/conclusion] None output members and isolated members exit widely in research teams. Academic leaders are not always the high output members or the active members. The collaboration relationships among members are loose.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] Citizen science platform is viewed as the emerging service pattern of citizen science. The purpose of this article is to provide reference and enlightenment to construction of citizen science platform in China by investigating the development status and service practice of Zooniverse. [Method/process] Taking Zooniverse as object of study, the development status of citizen science projects within Zooniverse, process-oriented supportive services and citizen science ecological system are analysed. Then the enlightenment to construction of citizen science platform in China is proposed. [Result/conclusion] Besides field of nature science, special attention and support is placed on the field of arts, humanities and social science. Zooniverse provides process-oriented supportive and one-stop services for five stages of citizen science projects. Also Zooniverse creates an integrated citizen science ecological system in order to achieve the online interaction and collaboration within Zooniverse. According to the service practice and exploration, China should consolidate the foundation of citizen science platform construction, make full use of related associations and social organizations, and expend the applications of emerging ICT.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] Social tag is one of the hot topic in the field of library and information science in China. In recent years of the development process, the research of social tags expands to information quality, information retrieve, information recommendation, and some other research areas in LIS. The study or discussion on the research progress of tags in LIS will serve as a theoretical underpinning for the research on social tags in future.[Method/process] By analyzing the papers in the field of library and information science during the year 2010 to 2017 with CiteSpace, this paper visualizes the hot topics, development process and general tendency of research on social tags, and described the theme in detail from five points of practical application, including information analysis, quality assessment, information recommendation, and information retrieve.[Result/conclusion] Based on the situation and problems of social tags' research, some relevant suggestions are proposed, including expanding the research scopes of social tags in the field of ontology and information retrieve, emphasizing user-centered design to meet the personalized needs, applying the theoretical fruit into practice, and so on.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] The information exchange process in WeChat group has diversified role types, and it is of great significance to define the role types of WeChat lurkers and to analyze the causes of diving behavior to further explore the process of information exchange and grasp the inner communication mechanism of WeChat.[Method/process] Based on real dialogue sample as study object, the paper calculated the members' direct participation and indirect dependence, and designed the algorithm of the rate of outlier to quantitatively identify the lurkers in the WeChat group. The lurkers' character types were divided based on time series statements, calculate the intimacy between members through interaction intensity and the fit of interest, and build the information exchange network as the weight of the side, and the behavioral motivation of lurkers was analyzed in WeChat group based on dynamic evolution of network structure.[Result/conclusion] By calculating the rate of outlier and the number of time series statements, it can effectively define the lurkers and their role types in WeChat group. Based on the evolution analysis of member network embedding position, roles and so on, it is found that there is a correlation between lurkers' behaviors and membership status, topic interest, relationship between members and so on.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] Bibliometrics, Scientometrics, Informetrics, Webometrics and Knowledgometrics are known as Five Metrics and the important aspect of information science. The analysis of Five Metrics is conducive to the further development of the metric research through literature theme and quantitative analysis. This paper carefully summaries the evolution process and condition of Five Metrics in China in order to provide guidance for further research.[Method/process] This paper designs Six-dimensional framework and conducts research on data from scientific payoffs, scientific research fund, course education, talents and organization, scientific evaluation and software tools. Besides, this paper draws thematic evolution map through Citespace to analyze evolutionary process and development status of each branch of Five Metrics.[Result/conclusion] The conclusions of this paper are:a) Chinese influence in Five Metrics are increasing, and data collection according to six-dimensional framework shows an advancing trend; b) Chinese Five Metrics research are more innovative than before, more attention has been paid to methodology and application, and Chinese database and software have been designed; c) Five Metrics in China shows a characteristic of subject overlapping, including imitation and application of other subjects; d) The objects of Five Metric are gradually enriching; e) The unit of metrics is more fine-grained from bibliography to knowledge.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] The review of research on the mainstream reading behavior can promote the understanding of users' mobile reading behavior and indicate the direction of the future research.[Method/process] The paper tracked the research articles regarding mobile reading behavior published from 2007 to 2017. A sample of 254 articles was obtained after careful screening. More analysis was conducted in terms of the distribution of literature growth, journal sources, research methods, research objects and research themes.[Result/conclusion] The research on reading motivation, reading habit and preference, reading comprehension and performance as well as practice and application of mobile reading behavior were summarized. By analyzing the research abroad, this article discussed the future research trends so as to arouse the attention of the scholars in related field.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] Exploring the topic and evolution trend of hypertension literature is of great significance for users to understand the profile, research hot-spots and frontiers of chronic disease, and can promote the knowledge communication among experts.[Method/process] This paper takes the Hypertension and 26717 articles from PubMed database as the research object, extracts high-frequency Mesh Terms to construct a co-occurrence matrix. Social network analysis is applied to detect the community and topic distribution of the hypertension study literature, and the expanded topic modeling Dirichlet-multinomial regression is also used to explore the topic distribution and evolution trends. Then similarities and differences of the SNA and DMR method in topic detection are analyzed.[Result/conclusion] It is found that the hypertension literature is mainly concentrated on three communities, which can be divided into five research topics, such as risk factors, research methods, basic situation of patients, diagnosis and treatment, and animal experiments. The relative distribution of the topic varies with time change. It is also found that the topic obtained from SNA and DMR are basically similar. But the Mesh Terms obtained from SNA method are more specific and clearer, while the DMR is more broadly and have an advantage in exploring the evolution of various themes.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] This paper explores the community structure and community membership of the research interest similarity network of core authors in information science.[Method/process] We firstly download all papers of information science retrieved in CSSCI database using the China Library Category number. By recognizing the core-authors in this discipline with Price law, we compute the similarity between each two authors with bag-of-words model and construct the research interest similarity network of core authors. Then we divide it into four research community. Finally, we compute the every author's membership degree to different communities and his/her fuzzy entropy.[Result/conclusion] We discover that the domestic information science discipline has four research field:information organization and retrieval, bibliometrics and scientific evaluation, competitive intelligence and knowledge management, and the information science. Most authors' research isn't limited to one field. Finally, the authors in C2 and C3 merely take each other as secondary membership community, and it implies that the boundary between competitive intelligence and bibliometrics is very obvious.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] By reviewing domestic research status of online health community,this article expects to provide some reference for the research related to online health community(OHC) and lead relevant practice to be more successful. [Method/process] By the method of literature research, this paper spelled out the interrelationship about three primary elements of OHC, which includes information, user and community. Then, we proposed a research framework on the basis of the interrelationship among the three primary elements, and combed main achievements and research status of domestic OHC. [Result/conclusion] The OHC contains three elements that include information, users and community, they are interdependent. Domestic research of OHC is broadly divided into three aspects:information, user and community, and the research has the characteristics of interdisciplinary attribute and diversity of research methods. Compared with the related researches abroad, this paper analyzed the weakness of domestic OHC research on study subjects, cooperation degree and research contents, and pointed out the future research directions.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] The research on government data governance is a hotspot in the field of government information management, it has important theoretical meaning and practical value to connect and promote the key issues of government information management, such as government information disclosure, open data and public information reuse. [Method/process] By the methods of literature review, concept comparison, background analysis and logical reasoning, this paper focused on the connotation of government data governance and its constituent elements, pointed out the necessity of its concept generation from the aspects of data driven administration, economic development, social governance and data risk prevention. [Result/conclusion] In this paper, the main content and procedure of government data governance are introduced and analyzed from three different perspectives of macroscopic, midscopic and microscopic. Then, it further presents four fundamental characters of government data governance:architecture integrity, management orderly, governance of structural interaction and the urgency of risk response. At last, it analyzes the main problems and challenges faced by government data governance which produce during it integrates with IT technology, internal and external governance systems and different data values, and then, puts forward some countermeasures.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] In the era of e-Research and big data, research support service has become one of the significant strategic directions of deepening service in academic libraries. By investigating and analyzing the current situation of research support services offered by the world famous academic libraries, this paper aims at providing reference for Chinese university libraries, and advancing the "Double Tops" process by improving research support services.[Method/process] The paper selected 76 libraries of the top 100 universities listed in the QS World University Rankings in 2017 as samples and conducted a website investigation for these libraries' research support services. Then, based on the investigation result, it analyzed the main service types and the corresponding service content and forms of research support services in academic libraries.[Result/conclusion] The research support services can be divided into 7 aspects:research data management, open access, scholarly publishing, research impact measurement, research guides, research consultation, and research tools recommendation. In order to accelerate the construction of "Double Tops" universities in China, academic libraries should formulate a strategic plan for research support services, provide support service aimed at different stages of the research lifecycle, build a dedicated research support team, understand researchers' requirements and offer targeted training, and create research support web pages to integrate and navigate service programs.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] China's boundary and ocean study is typically problem-oriented interdisciplinary study. This paper aims to summarize the characteristics of literature demand and discuss interdisciplinary literature guarantee strategy of boundary and ocean studies. [Method/process] Using citation analysis and interview method, the paper analyzes the citations document types, disciplines, languages and cited year intervals of all papers of Wuhan University China Institute of Boundary and Ocean Studies (CIBOS) from 2007, and the results of subjective literature demand of researchers. [Result/conclusion] The literature demand of China's boundary and ocean studies is more complex and diverse on overall. Researchers have high reliance on journals, books and network resources. There are long time spans in journals and books whose political science and legal characteristics are prominent. Besides, Chinese and English literatures account for nearly 90%. Therefore, the library should focus on users' literature demands, pay attention to the construction of special resources, refine the literature resources construction strategy, and optimize its discipline services.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] By investigating the situation of university libraries' literature guarantee to the 2011 Collaborative Innovation Centers, this paper provides some suggestions to improve the libraries' guarantee work, which can be benefit for the development of Collaborative Innovation Centers. [Method/process] Taking Wuhan University as an example, we counted the citation information of Chinese journal articles published by the three 2011 Collaborative Innovation Centers, which are initiated or built by Wuhan University. Then, we generalized the citations' characteristics though data analysis, and compared the citations with Wuhan University library's collection resources. Finally, based on the above work, we figured out the literature guarantee situation of Wuhan University library for those three centers. [Result/conclusion] In order to improve the effectiveness of literature guarantee for Collaborative Innovation Center, university libraries should explore collaborative guarantee mechanism, value the construction of special resources, enhance the discoverability of libraries' collection resources, and take use of open access resources and so on.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] This article analyzes the characteristics and differences of literature demands among domestic and international interdisciplinary researchers, in order to provide a basis for the literature guarantee of interdisciplinary research and to promote cooperation in international interdisciplinary researches.[Method/process] This article analyzes the characteristics and differences in domestic and international research over the issue of the South China Sea dispute from the aspects of age distribution, citation frequency, subject distribution and publishing institution by using citation analysis. Journals and books cited in the related articles in CSSCI and Web of Science from 1998 to 2016 are samples in this research.[Result/conclusion] The domestic researchers have a high degree of dependence on new Chinese journals and classic foreign books, Chinese books lack of international recognition. The South China Sea dispute research is biased towards the field of humanities and social sciences as a whole, but the international research is more extensive and balanced in the distribution of citation subjects. Authoritative and mainstream publishing houses are common choices between domestic and foreign research, a small number publishers of research institution also catch researchers' attention.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance]This paper takes the metadata standards of Data.gov, an open government data website, as an example, and analyzes its metadata system and specific standards so as to provide references for the construction of our country's open data metadata standards. [Method/process]Using the method of the case analysis, the paper summarized the system structure of the metadata standard of American open government data. [Result/conclusion]The metadata standards of American open government data can be divided into two categories, which are dataset content metadata standards and dataset format metadata standards. Data.gov uses different metadata standards to describe original datasets and geospatial datasets respectively. We can reference the metadata standards system in Data.gov in the construction of metadata standards of Chinese open government data.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] Interdisciplinary research has become an important paradigm and inevitable trend of modern scientific innovation research. Exploring the development pattern and path of interdisciplinary fields is of great significance for understanding the dynamic process of interdisciplinarity formation and development.[Method/process] Taking the field of Eye Tracking (ET) as an example, the citation relationship of the literature was extracted and the subject was marked, and the citation networks of the literature and the subject level were constructed. To perform an analysis on the interdisciplinary development pattern of major disciplines in the ET field from a macro level, the cross-same field reference ratio, cross-same field citation ratio and Price's Index were calculated. Then this study examined the relationship between disciplines within and between different stages, and explored the relationship structure and role evolution of interdisciplinary development in different stages. Finally, to reveal the specific development path of ET development from the micro level, betweenness centrality analysis was performed to identify important documents that connect different disciplines. Moreover, this study examined the citation relations between important documents, highly cited documents, and references.[Result/conclusion] The development of ET field has three stages:incubation period, development period and maturity stage, and presents three types of subject development pattern:independent, interdisciplinary and learning discipline. The citation relationships between different disciplines are more dense and evenly distributed over time. Neuroscience, psychology and clinical medicine are important knowledge exporter during the interdisciplinary evolution. The vertical development of ET field is the basic theoretical innovation of independent disciplines, and the horizontal development is characterized by the deep integration of four types of disciplines, and the development path is presented as "independent-linear-mesh" pattern.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] This paper discusses the main functions and realization paths for academic libraries serving the construction of university affiliated think tanks, providing references for the transformation and upgrading of academic libraries and the construction of New Think Tanks with Chinese Characteristics.[Method/process] Based on the systematic investigation on five think tank evaluation projects at home and abroad, the evaluation indicators are encoded and converged to extract the core elements of the development of think tanks. Based on the established linkage between these elements and the main tasks and functions of academic libraries, combining with the practice survey, the specific path for academic libraries to promote the construction of university affiliated think tanks is proposed.[Result/conclusion] Academic libraries can advance university affiliated think tanks development in terms of factor endowment, organizational construction, outcome output and comprehensive impact by improving top-level design, deepening core competence building, strengthening big data thinking and application capacity building, and promoting collaborative sharing with think tanks.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] The article aims to explore the factors and their mechanisms influencing the generation of co-word network for interdisciplinary field, and to reveal micro-level mechanisms of knowledge connection in interdisciplinary field.[Method/process] Borrowing network embedding theory, the article summarizes the factors into network structure factors (endogenous variables) and keywords' attribute factors (exogenous variables). Exponential random graph model is constructed based on these factors to perform an empirical analysis on the field of Medical Informatics.[Result/conclusion] The results show that the influence of network structure factors on the co-occurrence relationship generation is greater than that of keywords' attributes. Preferential attachment and transitive mechanism have significant positive effect. Keywords tend to be connected with the newer ones. In addition, the keywords of Medical Informatics tend to establish co-occurrence relations with the keywords from basic disciplines, while the keywords from basic disciplines tend to be connected with the keywords in their own disciplines. The conclusions are helpful to understand the formation process of knowledge systems in interdisciplinary fields and the interactions of interdisciplinary knowledge.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] The social capital of users in social question and answer (SQA) is influenced by many factors. This paper aims to explore the differences in the impact of different health information behaviors of SQA users with their social capital.[Method/process] Taking 1 650 users as the research objects, who were selected from 2 537 problems and 3 567 answers of diabetes topic in Zhihu. This study applied L. Nan's social capital theory framework and N. Uphoff's classification of social capital, divided the user's social capital on SQA into cognitive social capital and structural social capital. And then, we analyzed the relationship between user's health information behavior on SQA and social capital by the method of multiple linear regression.[Result/conclusion] The results show that user's information contribution behavior and information disclosure behavior positively promote the accumulation of social capital in varying degrees, while different information acquisition behaviors have different effects on cognitive social capital and structural social capital. These results help SQA users improve social capital, as well as the platform can improve user service and incentives.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] The extensive development of scientific research cooperation will inevitably lead to the imbalance of regional scientific research output. In order to explore its distribution, the paper analyzed the causes of differences, and studied the spatial distribution of regional scientific research output.[Method/process] Based on the bibliographic data of the computer field from 1997-2016, the geographical location information of the organization is extracted, and the observation point was used to visualize the distribution, and the Gini index and the centrality index are measured to study the distribution concentration. By measuring the global Moran index and local autocorrelation index, the spatial autocorrelation law was studied. By measuring the Pearson correlation coefficient, the correlation between the number of colleges and universities, the gross national product, the research and experimental input, and the population was studied.[Result/conclusion] The output of journals in the computer field showed an uneven geographical distribution, a clear concentration, and spatial autocorrelation. Meanwhile, it had a high correlation with the number of regional universities and regional research and experimental funding.
